Kroger/JayC Rewards Card
Step 1:
Visit https://kroger.com and log in to your Kroger or JayC account.
Step 2:
Go to "my account" and scroll down to "community rewards".
Step 3:
Search for and select the Well Yeah Ariel Roberts Foundation Inc. or KX523.
United Way Donation
If your employer allows donations through United Way via payroll deduction, follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Click provide agency information.
Step 2:
Write in Well Yeah Ariel Roberts Foundation under "agency name".
Step 3:
Click submit to save. When the page refreshes, you will be able to designate giving to the Well Yeah Ariel Roberts Foundation.
